When Spirehouse was founded, we combined 20 years of recruitment experience with a clear vision of building a recruitment agency that the best recruiters in the Midlands want to work for.
Our formula is simple: excel internally through our high performance, high engagement and high reward culture, as we know that great culture attracts the very best people, allowing us in turn to deliver the best possible service to our candidates and clients.
As a full service recruitment agency we assist from initial enquiry through to post placement review. For candidates, we will assist you with everything from CV production to interview preparation and on-going support in your role. For employers, our service includes, but is not limited to, pre-screening, compliance and qualification checks.
Perhaps most importantly, we are passionate about helping others. We are building a community that aspires to be authentic, consistent and knowledgeable.
