Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Birmingham.
The Opportunity
Interim HR Advisor required to support the organisation with a range of generalist HR matters, including employee relations, recruitment and compliance.
There is a requirement to monitor and record absence, conduct Return to Work interviews, and conducting first formal attendance meetings when required.
Undertake recruitment campaigns, designing job adverts, organising interviews and conducting post-offer checks.
There will also be a requirement to work closely with the Head of HR to support on other HR objectives

- 3 months +
- £20 - £25 per hour (Inside IR35)
- Full time on site (Birmingham)
Requirements
- CIPD level 5
- Enhanced DBS
