Residential Property Lawyer sought for an established Bristol based law firm.

The Opportunity

Spirehouse are partnered with a well-regarded and ambitious law firm that is seeking to appoint a talented residential conveyancer to join their busy property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer with scope to grow and be involved in the business long-term.

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Refinancing and re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity

The Candidate:

• Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive 
• Ambitious, focused, and looking for a role with genuine progression.
• Additional experience in commercial property experience is desirable but not essential.
