The Opportunity

Spirehouse are partnered with a well-regarded and ambitious law firm that is seeking a highly experienced Private Family Solicitor (Grade A) to spearhead the launch of a brand-new office.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior solicitor with entrepreneurial flair to take ownership of building and growing a new branch, with full support from the firm’s established team.

The Role:

• Lead and develop a new office, with autonomy over location across England.
• Handle a high-quality caseload of private family matters, including financial remedy and children work.
• Play a key role in business development, networking, and expanding the firm’s presence.
• Mentor and potentially build a team around you as the office grows.

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE in private family law.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities, commercial acumen, and the drive to establish and grow a successful office.
• Ambitious, client-focused, and looking for a role with genuine progression and influence.
