Residential Conveyancing Locum

An established and highly regarded law firm in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Locum Residential Conveyancer to support on a hybrid working, on-going basis.

The Opportunity:

You will handle a broad range of residential property matters from initial instruction, including sales and purchases, equity release and new build transactions.

You will also provide guidance to support staff and help ensure matters progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident fee earner who can manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision and hit the ground running.
