A highly regarded national law firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Senior Associate to support the continued growth of its Manchester corporate practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and expanding team undertaking a broad range of corporate transactions for a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses, private equity investors, entrepreneurs, national organisations and international companies.
The Opportunity

The team advises on a wide range of matters including:
- Mergers and acquisitions.
- Corporate finance transactions.
- Private equity and investment work.
- Joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
- Corporate restructuring and governance.
- General company and shareholder advisory matters.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years' corporate law experience.
- Strong technical corporate expertise.
- Experience managing transactions with minimal supervision.
- Excellent client relationship and business development skills.
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
- Ambition to help grow a successful Manchester practice.
