Spirehouse is recruiting for a Property Litigation Solicitor in relation to a leading law firm in West Yorkshire.

The Opportunity:

The perfect candidate will be handling a varied property litigation portfolio across both residential and commercial client disputes.

The caseload includes all property & estate disputes such as:

  • Forfeiture
  • Repossessions and various landlord and tenant disputes
  • Tenant insolvency
  • Dilapidations
  • Leasehold enfranchisement issues
  • Lease renewals and contested applications for consent

The role is onsite with the possibility of one/two days to work from home and is to start ASAP for one month, with the possibility of a rolling contract.

The role can be considered on both a full-time or part-time basis.

A competitive hourly / daily rate is on offer.
