Spirehouse are recruiting for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor on behalf of a legal 500 law firm based in Manchester, on a full-time hybrid working basis.

The role has a start date of December or January for an initial 3-month contract with possible extension.

The Opportunity:

The firm, who have an excellent reputation, are seeking an experienced individual to assume responsibility for a varied commercial property caseload.

The caseload will include, but is not limited to:

• Acquisitions
• Leases
• Licenses
• Landlord and tenant
• Easements
• Development matters

Individuals with both full and part-time availability will be considered, for a minimum of three days per week.
