Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a People Operations Manager on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Shropshire.

The Opportunity

People Operations Manager required to lead all operational People and resourcing functions including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations and pay and benefits data management.

The successful candidate will manage both the ER casework tracker to ensure effective and timely resolution of cases and the talent acquisition function, working on the employee value proposition to attract new talent.

There will also be a requirement to lead the organisations EDI strategy, working closely with the Head of People.
