Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in London.
The Opportunity
An interim HR Business Partner is required to support the senior management team on a range of HR related queries to include ER casework and HR policies.
You will be a point of escalation for the People Advisors, providing guidance on Employee Relations cases, identifying themes, risks, and concerns.
There will also be a requirement to support the effective delivery of the organisational and people strategy.

· 4 – 5 months
· £275 - £325 per day (Inside IR35)
· Hybrid working – 2 days per week onsite
