Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Buckinghamshire.
The Opportunity
We are supporting our client with the urgent appointment of a skilled HR Business Partner to deliver high-impact HR solutions across a diverse and mission-driven organisation.
This opportunity will allow you to take a lead advisory role, supporting senior management and influencing business outcomes in a highly respected public sector body.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Partner with senior managers across departments to deliver proactive, solutions-focused HR advice
- Lead complex employee relations casework (grievance, discipline, dignity at work, attendance)
- Support organisational change, workforce planning, and well-being initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies and contribute to HR project delivery
- Collaborate with Trade Unions and act as HR rep at hearings, investigations, and tribunals
- Produce reports, identify trends, and recommend HR interventions
