An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a leading organisation as an HR Business Partner on a fixed-term contract until June 2029.
This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with senior leaders and managers, providing expert HR advice and strategic people support across a broad range of areas, including employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning, talent development and HR projects.
The Opportunity
You will act as a trusted HR partner, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand organisational priorities and deliver effective people solutions that support business objectives.
The role will involve providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters, organisational change, performance management and employment legislation, while supporting managers to build strong and effective teams.
You will also contribute to strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning and continuous improvement projects, using your expertise to influence decision-making and strengthen HR capability across the organisation.

- Salary: £41,671 – £56,535 per annum
Requirements
- Substantial experience working as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within a complex organisation
- Strong generalist HR experience, including employee relations, organisational change, performance management and employment legislation
- Proven experience providing credible and commercially focused HR advice to senior leaders and managers
- Experience supporting organisational change, restructuring and consultation processes
- Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and its practical application
- Experience developing and delivering HR initiatives and projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge senior managers
- Excellent coaching and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
