The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Residential Property Lawyer to join their growing team. You will manage and build your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish within a friendly and supportive environment.

There are excellent opportunities for career progression into management roles for the right candidate.

The Role

You will handle files from initial instruction to closure, including post completion work. The caseload will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• New build and shared ownership purchases
• Transfers of equity
• First registrations and assents
• Help to Buy loan repayments

Requirements

• Solicitors with around 2 years’ PQE plus experience
• Able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision

• Comfortable dealing with people face-to-face
• Working within a target driven environment
