Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on behalf a successful law firm in Tyne & Wear, on a temporary basis.

The Opportunity

In this role you will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction to post completion. Matters will include, but are not limited to, sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, new builds, right to buy and buy to let. This role will focus mostly on new build matters.

You will be welcomed into a supportive team and join a firm which is focused on employee satisfaction, development and progression.

The firm have a modern set up and are open to a hybrid working arrangement.

Full and part-time applicants will be considered. Rate will be dependent on experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fee earning role
• Able to handle a residential property caseload autonomously
• A positive, ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Good IT skills & experience with Case Management Systems (LEAP preferred)
