The Opportunity

Due to the success of the team Spirehouse is working with a leading Buckinghamshire law firm to recruit a newly qualified Private Client Solicitor for their well-established team with a strong reputation.

Our client is searching for a driven, talented and self-motivated Private Client Solicitor who are based or commutable to their Olney office to manage the less complex wills, probates and lasting powers of attorney cases.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a broad caseload of private client matters including:

• Preparation of Wills and probates
• Preparation of Powers of Attorney to include registration of EPAs and LPAs;
• Administration of taxable and non taxable estates;
• Identifying trust administration requirements.

Requirements

• Newly qualified Solicitors with up to 3 years plus PQE experience
