The Opportunity

Spirehouse is working with a well-established and highly regarded practice based in Essex who are looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to join their busy and expanding employment team.

This role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious employment work, alongside opportunities for career progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of employment law matters for both employers and employees
• Advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE and contractual issues.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and staff handbooks.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitors (England & Wales) with 6- 10 years’ PQE in employment law are encouraged to apply.
• Experience advising both employer and employee clients.
