The Opportunity

Spirehouse is working with an established and highly regarded law firm to recruit a Solicitor / Associate to join their Employment & Pensions team.

This is a great opportunity for an Employment and/or Pensions Solicitor looking to develop their career within a specialist team, working on a varied caseload and building strong, long-term client relationships.

The Role

The position involves managing a varied caseload, including employment tribunal claims, alongside providing clear and commercially focused advice to clients.

The role will also include drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation, managing matters through to completion and maintaining high standards of client service and compliance.

Strong client relationships are an important part of the position, with the opportunity to become a trusted adviser and contribute to the continued growth of the Employment & Pensions team.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Employment and/or Pensions law
• Strong technical knowledge
• Experience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Experience of employment tribunal claims
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Commercially focused approach with strong attention to detail
