Care Solicitor sought for the Children Law department for a leading a specialist Family Law Firm in Staffordshire.
The Opportunity
Due to their success Spirehouse is working with an established Staffordshire law firm to recruit a Care Solicitor for their approachable and accessible team of lawyers.

The Role
Working on the Children Law department, primarily to deal with public law matters, although there is an opportunity to deal with some private law cases for candidates who prefer a mixed caseload. You will be responsible for delivering a smooth, efficient, and professional service, ensuring all cases comply with current children law legislation and best practice.

Requirements
- Children Panel membership is not a prerequisite, but would be beneficial.
- Level of PQE is not a determining factor
- Good IT skills, able to use a case management system
- Commercial approach to client service and effective at building relationships
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
